Injuries have been a problem for me especially the last few years. I have always made excuses for exercise until i had a consultation with matt. He has helped me with a training and eating program that has allowed me to work around my injury. Without the help and support i wouldnt be where i am today physically and mentally as sport was such a big part of my life. The 1 on 1 training is great but the group sessions have made exercise even more fun. Thanks again matt for everything and opening my eyes to getting my healthy lifestyle back on track!
