Been training with Matty for a year now and would recommend him to anyone wanting to see results and become motivated to train hard! I've had a few PTs over the years but unlike other PTs, Matty's sessions are always different. Different exercises, different ways of training which keep it interesting and keep you motivated! Highly recommend his one on one sessions or boot camps to people of any fitness level. I still have a long way to go but since training with Matty Cini I've put on size, increased weight in all exercises and learnt a fair bit about diet as well. Get on it people!
