I have been training with Matty for nearly two years now and from just 1-2 training sessions a week, I have noticed a major change in my body. I have become leaner, stronger and now can easily maintain the weight I am happily at. Matty pushes me each session and always provides support and information whenever I am in need. Our sessions are never boring, matty is always introducing me to new and challenging exercises. I look forward to our sessions each week!
