Recently did a bootcamp for 10 weeks with Matty and the team and even though the initially it was a struggle for early morning starts it was well worth it. From the variet of cardio and strength building exercises that Matty builds into his programs,he makes it enjoyable,pushes you to the limit and tests your fitness. Each week we trained at a different location from the beach,gym and park,with each sessions being more challenging and more rewarding. Great motivation to get back into training and happy to see results in losing a few kgs. Enjoyed it heaps thanks Matty!
